Score Yönetmen Korhan Uğur'un ikinci uzun metrajlı filmi olan Terkedilmiş, bir sanatoryumda yolları kesişen 9 kişinin öykülerini ve birbirlerine olan dirsek temasının sebep olduğu yasadışı bir operasyonu perdeye taşıyor. Suriyeli bir ailenin organ mafyası ile yaşadığı dramın, sanatoryumda yolları kesişen bu birbirinden farklı karakterler üzerindeki etkisini anlatan Terkedilmiş; güncel toplumsal meselelere de parmak basan bir film olmayı hedefliyor.
The story is about eight persons’ lives which depend on an illegal operation in an abandoned sanatorium. An immigrant woman who has lost her husband at war escapes from her country and has to sell her kidney to provide for her child. A lonely man who no longer has anyone by his side except his daughter. A Health Care Team who are seeking to streamline their lives illegally. A father who has found a kidney illegally for his only son to survive. At the end of the tense operation, the immigrant woman's kidney is delivered to the lonely, rich man. Everybody thinks all is in order. However, the truth is far from ordinary. The lone man has entirely different plans for everyone.
